Using the MMI program, we are able to look up realtor information from all over the country. Find out how many list side deals, buy side deals, etc. a referral partner (or potential referral partner) has done. We can even see what other loan officers they are working with so you can better prepare yourself for the initial phone call. And, to take it one step further, we use MMI to create biodata sheets, arming our loan officers with as much information as possible!

The MMI system can be used both to research potential referral partners as well as research potential recruits! In addition, as a loan officer, you can track specific realtors so that when they have a new listing, you will receive a notification. With this knowledge, the Marketing Department can create single property websites, listing packets, and finance flyers that you can email over to your referral partners – making you look like a rock star!
